• Registration is complete ONLY after Steps 1-3 are complete.
• All entries are processed ONCE per week, in the order in which they are received. This means you will NOT get an immediate response once submitted.
• Dogs will be added to the schedule based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your appointment time and will include directions (please use your BEST email to contact you), if there is a conflict with your given time please contact us, we will do our best to work it out.
• Print and fill out the SERVICE AGREEMENT, please bring with you the day of training (located at the bottom of this page). Do not email it to me, we cannot take digital copies.
• During the week of training, entries are processed daily.
REFUND POLICY - all cancellations must be made 7 days BEFORE training to receive a refund. Less than 7 days, if we are able to fill your spot, you will get a full refund. If we cannot fill your spot, there will be no refund. Entries are not transferable.
